Location is very close to restaurants and small shops and close to the train station. We enjoyed catching the train. One of the staff helped us how to get tickets and catch the train.

We booked the hotel when we could not get on a flight fm Singapore to Sydney at Changi Airport. Price was reasonable for a stay of 6-7 hours (overnight). Airport Hotels in Singapore are expensive; Hotel 81 staff were efficient n room met our needs for the purpose of our stay. Also, it’s on a busy street with local restaurants, coffee shops in vicinity even though we didn’t need it but the room was very quiet, possibly because we requested it n got a room not facing the Main Street. Reception staff were responsive and helpful.

The hotel was neat and clean. Jess was taking care of cleaning the room . Staff were very polite and helpful with a smile on their face. Food is in a nearby restaurant which is walking distance.

Being a 3-star hotel, hotel was clean, comfortable & safe with basic anemities. Accessibility to food & transport was excellent!

based on only " star 2 " . It is very good ( used to stay in stae 5, based on star 2, it is very good although star 5 is better because it is star 5 hotel - much better than star 4 ; I like that it has door

Easily accessible by bus no.24 from Changi airport. The bus takes credit card so very convenient.

The room was of a decent size, perhaps a little dated, but very clean nonetheless. A decent shopping mall and massive ethnic market within 10 minutes walking distance. Reception was very helpful and courteous. About 20 minutes to the airport.

The location is perfect for walking around (Wisma Heritage) and lots of eateries around Joo Chiat, and further more at Payer Lebar Quarter (PLQ). My dad was staying there by himself for two weeks in October. The team there did their best, above and beyond, to help my dad whenever he needed anything. really appreciated.

This hotel had a lot of facilities and features that I like to find in a hotel - including good wifi, kettle, safe, AC, tv. It was also very quiet and located in a good location with plenty of eateries nearby and easy to access via the metro.
